THE PARK

At the back of the Château is a magnificent and spacious garden - the Park - leading onto a number of paddocks where the horses graze.

The grounds are full of a variety of beautiful old trees; - enormous magnolias, indigenous French oak, walnut and chestnut are also, in abundance, many fruit trees. Many of the rose beds in the Château gardens are well over 75 years old. There are also superb pampas bushes and laurel hedges.

There is a large terraced swimming pool (12 x 7 metres). The depth at the deep end under the diving board is 2 metres and 1 metre at the steps end. The deck is equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs, BBQ and a large canopy covering the eating area which is ideal for those al fresco BBQs.
